The idea: a Data Rocket Dashboard sitting on a governed Flying Data Highway, where every critical data domain gets a dedicated lane — with green signals, contracts, switches, checkpoints and control-tower visibility.
A green signal is not "the pipeline ran". It means data arrived, schema matched, contract passed, quality and freshness held, reconciliation passed, consumers were served — and the business process is safe.
For critical data, the line between producer, platform, consumer and business process is non-negotiable. Each link is a checkpoint that must stay visible — if it breaks, we should see the blast radius immediately.

Every signal is constructed from telemetry we already emit.
No new data lake required. The cockpit assembles its signals from nine telemetry sources that already exist across the estate — catalog, quality, orchestration, logs, integration, consumption, storage, lineage and contracts.
The picture moves data.
Agents need data they can act on.
The “Agentic AI Data Layers” map is the plumbing — ingestion, pipelines, vectors, lineage, lakes. The cockpit already instruments most of it. But agentic readiness asks a harder question: can an autonomous agent act on this data without a human checking every step? That needs four things the picture leaves out — meaning, grounded retrieval, proof of correctness, and safety.
